Return conditions
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. We charge the full order price for unclaimed bundles and the payment is non-refundable.
Problem situations
If the bouquet is damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately to kukkauppa inbloom tel. 040 353 9363 or by e-mail at kukkakauppa@inbloom.fi . We ask you to send a photo of the damaged bundle. We will handle the error as quickly as possible, no later than the next business day.
