We want to give here in our online shop the same experience as at the shop on Uudenmaankatu. Most of the products are customizable. You can choose and modify a bouquet exactly to you liking.

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart with the selected payment method. When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.
When the order is available for pickup, you will receive a separate notification to your email. Sending a confirmation message requires providing an email address when ordering.

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. We charge the full order price for unclaimed bundles and the payment is non-refundable.
If the bouquet is damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately to kukkauppa inbloom tel. 040 353 9363 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . We ask you to send a photo of the damaged bundle. We will handle the error as quickly as possible, no later than the next business day.
